Exogen pilot study at BioCurious September 12, 2013

Exogen staff (Steve, Maria, Jon, Sylvain, and Elaine) from our pilot study held at BioCurious.

Hello from Exogen,

We want to thank you all for participating in our first pilot study and for the great questions and feedback you contributed at the BioCurious event. It is a busy and exciting time here at Exogen and we know many of you are eager to see your results. We have been processing your samples and have been using them to optimize our MyDNABreaks-kit pipeline. We have made several improvements, and our advances were made possible largely due to your participation. We expect to send the results to each of you individually in the next week or two.

In the meantime, we wanted to take the time to answer a couple of questions we’ve received. Is Exogen doing a second pilot study?  Yes we are!  To stay informed of our future events, subscribe to our mailing list if you haven’t already or connect with us via social media sites.

Some of you have also asked for the reference to the study from our lecture showing the potential protective effects of antioxidants against DNA double strand breakage induced by ionizing radiation. You can find the article here.

If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.  Again, thank you for your patience and for helping us develop a better service.

All the best,

– The Exogen Team
